Returns Eligibility
You have 1 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all factory seals intact.
Your item must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, the following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered:
- Fragrances, perfumes, colognes, and deodorants
- Cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
- Any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloaded goods
Note: Non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was shipped to you.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (such as your credit card or debit card). Depending on your bank or card issuer's policies, the funds typically reflect in your account within a few business days.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable return logistics fees will be deducted from your refund total.
